Your Turn: Summer’s Over!

Preston and Theo

Theo and I last Labor Day

As we wrap up the summer holidays, I’d like to know…

What are your plans for the holiday weekend? My partner and I are planning to visit good friends in Bridgehampton and Montauk.

If you are having a barbecue and you’d like to get some decorating inspiration, please watch this link from a segment I did on the Today Show.

Have a safe and fun weekend. I am looking forward to the new and creative fall season to begin. Are you?

Agreed! While summer has been a blast it’s time to welcome the Autumn season! The French Bouquet is really looking forward to some fabulous Fall weddings and events (not to mention getting to break out the tall boots, scarves and sweaters!). The Autumn color palettes are always fun and inspiring and the flowers and foliage beautiful! We can’t wait! To welcome the new month and approaching Autumn season we shared an antique Autumn-like post on our blog yesterday. Check it out!

Yes! So excited for fall and all the changes it brings…weather, clothes, the start of school, and even a switch to my fall perfume! Right after Labor Day weekend is when I buckle down and think ahead. It’s only a few months til the holidays!

WOW! This post was so fun to find this morning! I did catch the today show segment with you sharing your easy decorating ideas….Preston, you are so giving! I hope you will post a few pics of your Labor day visits. To celebrate the holiday, my family and I go to our camp and sit around a bonfire while enjoying a tasty dinner on paper plates.
Preston, I hope you and Theo don’t get caught in Hurricane Earl’s rath!

Hello there Preston, hope you are enjoying your holiday!

I keep a link to your blog on my blog, and for some reason it hasn’t updated in two weeks. When I come here it has your latest updates, but on my end it’s not. I tried to add your blog again and Blogger tells me that your blog can’t be detected, and it’s still stuck on a post you did two weeks ago, just thought I’d let you know in case anyone else is having this problem.

You’re under: Go ahead Doll, show us how to do it. Which is a very few select people that I choose to highlight, very special indeed you are!
